Annotaciones para la elección de la fruta
1. Seleccione fruta y verdura fresca: estas contenien más zumo. Fruta que puede emplear: piña,
remolacha, apio, manzana, pepino, espinacas, tomate, mandarina, uva etc.
2. No es necesario quitar la piel si es na pero si es espesa como la cáscara de mandarina y piña,
las hojas de la lechuga y la piel de la remolacha etc. Es mejor que quite las pepitas de los agrios
ya que amargan el zumo.
3. Exprimiendo las manzanas usted obtiene una concentración de zumo que depende de la calidad
de las manzanas seleccionadas.
Por eso seleccione la calidad de la manzana según la cantidad de zumo requerida.
4. El zumo de manzana exprimido recientemente diviene rápidamente de color marron: si añade del
zumo de limón sin embargo ralentiza el procedimiento de oxidación.
