Estrattore di succo Manuale di istruzioni
Note in merito alla scelta della frutta
1. Si consiglia di usare frutta e verdura fresche: esse contengono più succhi. Frutta utilizzabile: ana-
nas, barbabietola, sedano, mela, cetriolo, spinaci, pomodoro, mandarino, uva ecc.
2. Non è necessario rimuovere la buccia, se sottile, mentre è necessario qualora la buccia sia spes-
sa (mandarino, ananas, lattuga, barbabietola, ecc). I semi degli agrumi dovrebbero essere rimossi,
poiché renderebbero il succo amaro.
3. Spremendo le mele, si ottiene una concentrazione di succo che dipende dal tipo di mele scelte.
Scegliere perciò il tipo di mela a seconda della quantità di succo desiderata.
4. Il succo di mela diventerà velocemente di color marrone a causa del processo di ossidazione,
aggiungendo del succo di limone si rallenterà questo processo.
