Richtlijnen voor microfoongebruik
Schakel de fantoomvoeding altijd uit tenzij u werkt met condensatormicrofoons die fantoomvoeding nodig hebben. Wanneer u
dynamische microfoons, audio-apparatuur en andere apparaten die geen fantoomvoeding gebruiken, toch voorziet van fantoom-
voeding, kan dit uw apparatuur beschadigen. Voor meer uitleg over microfoons raadpleegt u het best de handleiding van de
microfoon die u gebruikt.
(BR-1200CD fantoomvoeding: +48 V DC, 7 mA Max.)
Fantoomvoeding wordt gelijktijdig aan de acht XLR-aansluitingen voor INPUT 1/MIC 1 en INPUT 2/MIC 2 geleverd. U kunt de
fantoomvoeding niet aan- of uitzetten voor elke aansluiting apart.
Als u tegelijkertijd microfoons gebruikt die wel en niet fantoomvoeding nodig hebben, moet u de microfoons die geen
fantoomvoeding nodig hebben, aansluiten op een van de 1/4 inch phone jacks. Enkel de XLR-aansluitingen worden voorzien van
fantoomvoeding, niet de standaardingangen.
Sluit microfoons aan op de standaardingangen met een in de winkel verkrijgbare XLR-to-phone adapterkabel of een ander soort adapter.
Over de cd-rom "Discrete Drums"
Er is bij de BR-1200CD een cd-rom meegeleverd.
Op de cd-rom staat een hele verzameling drumfrasen gemaakt door Discrete Drums.
Deze professioneel opgenomen drumpatronen zijn opgeslagen als loop-frasen. U kunt ze makkelijk importeren in de BR-1200CD
en gebruiken voor uw songs.
Drumfrasen worden onder elke map als .WAV-bestand gecategoriseerd en gesorteerd.
Met de BR-1200CD kunt u deze frasen makkelijk gebruiken via de Loop Phrase Import-functie.
Aangezien alle data op deze cd-rom door de fabriek al in de User Bank of de Loop Phrase-sectie van de BR-1200CD zijn geïnstalleerd,
kunt u de loop-frasefuncties gemakkelijk gebruiken en de geluiden aan uw sporen toevoegen zonder dat u deze cd-rom nodig hebt.
Als u de harde schijf van de BR-1600CD echter initialiseert of de User Loop Phrases per ongeluk wist, kunt u alle loop-frasen die
door de fabriek waren geïnstalleerd, van deze cd-rom importeren om ze te herstellen.
Raadpleeg "Loop-frase creëren" in "Hoofdstuk 4 Rhythm gebruiken" als u loop-frasen van deze cd-rom wilt importeren.

Raadpleeg “Lijst van de User-Loop-frasen” (p. 334) voor meer informatie over de loop-frasen die in de fabriek in de User Bank
zijn geïnstalleerd en die overeenkomen met de originele WAV-bestanden op de cd-rom.
Deze cd-rom is geen audio-cd. U mag de cd-rom dus niet op een gewone cd-speler afspelen. Doet u dat toch, dan kunnen
hierbij zeer luide geluiden worden geproduceerd, die uw geluidsapparatuur zoals cd-spelers, versterkers of luidsprekers
kunnen beschadigen.
