5. To assemble the upper joint, hold the pole with
both hands. One hand holding the upper part
of the pole. Another hand holding the lower
part of the pole and use thumb to press down
the plastic part (Fig.B.2). At the same time,
push the lower pole into the joint until the pole
is straight (Fig.B.3). The joint is fixed when
you feel a click (Fig.C).
6. To assemble the lower joint, make the pole
straight and push the poles together (Fig.D.2)
(Fig.D).
7. Stretch the tent floor so that there are no
creases in it and secure each corner with a
peg [2] (Fig.E.1).
8. Stake out the guy lines at the tent [1] sides to
keep ventilation and secure each guy line with
a peg [2] (Fig.E.2).
9. Put the sunfly onto the tent [1] and use three
hooks to secure the flysheet (Fig.F).
Dismantling the tent
1. Release the sunfly from the three hooks on the
tent [1] (Fig.G).
2. Remove all the pegs [2] that are securing the
tent (Fig.H).
3. To release the upper joint, hold the pole with
both hands (Fig.I.2). Bend the joint inward
to unlock the joint (Fig.I.3). Then release and
fold the pole (Fig.I.3).
4. To release the lower hinge, pull the poles at
two sides to opposite direction until the hinge
is unlocked (Fig.J).
5. Gently lower down the entire tent [1] and fold
up the poles (Fig.K). The central hub should
be towards the floor and the pole with locking
hinge will be upright (Fig.H).
6. Lay the folded tent [1] on its side. All poles
should be tight together and covered by the
hub bag [4] in order to prevent pole damage
(Fig.L.1-2).
7. Bring all excess fabric together and roll rightly
towards the centre part (Fig.L.3).
8. Put the tent [1] and the pegs [2] in the carry
bag [3] and close.
Cleaning and care
m CAUTION! Never wash the tent in a washing
machine. Otherwise the product may lose
some of its ability to keep out water.
m CAUTION! Never use petrol, solvent or other
cleaning agents. Otherwise there is a danger
of damage to the product.
Condensation can form in all synthetic tents;
you should therefore air the tent as frequently as
possible in order to counteract this.
For cleaning the tent and removing any stains
you should only use a cleaning agent that is
specifically intended for cleaning polyester
tents.
Remove any dirt from the outer tent [1] with a
soft sponge and clean water.
Please allow all parts to dry thoroughly before
you repack the product. This will prevent
the formation of mould, bad odours and
discolouration.
If the zipper sticks when being opened or
closed, spray it with silicone spray.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable
materials, which you may dispose of at local
recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for
more details of how to dispose of your worn-out
product.
The product incl. accessories and packaging
materials are recyclable and are subject to
extended producer responsibility.
Dispose them separately, following the illustrated
Info-tri (sorting information), for better waste
treatment.
