Assembly
The product should be assembled by two people.
Carry out a test setup before your trip. Make sure
the product and all components are complete and
undamaged.
Erecting the tent
1. Open the carry bag [4] and take out the
contents.
2. Remove all components and spread the tent
[1] flat on the ground with the tunnel guides
facing upwards (Fig. A).
3. Assemble the fibreglass poles [2] and guide
them through the tunnel guides of the tent [1]
(Fig. A).
4. Bend the fibreglass poles [2] and put their
ends over the pins of the metal rings at each
corner of the tent [1] (Fig. B).
5. Stand the tent upright [1] (Fig. B).
6. Secure the tent [1] to the fibreglass poles [2]
with the plastic hooks (Fig. B).
7. Stretch the tent floor so that there are no
creases in it and secure each corner with a
ground peg [3] (Fig. C).
8. Stake out the guy lines at each corner of
the tent [1] and secure each guy line with a
ground peg [3] (Fig. D).
Note: make sure the product is not under too
much tension.
Note: check the tensioning of the tent depending
on the weather.
Use
There is a hook inside the product where you
can hang a camping light, for example (not
included in the package contents).
The tent’s inner pockets can be used for daily
items or clothing.
Note: water condensation generally occurs in
all tents, but especially when there are strong
temperature fluctuations.
After a night in the tent, there will be water
condensation drops on the inside surface.
Condensation is not a sign of leaks. Good
ventilation reduces condensation inside the tent.
Open the tent entrances and windows regularly to
reduce condensation inside the tent.
Opening doors and windows
1. Open the zips of the outer fabric.
2. Roll up the outer fabric.
3. Fasten the toggles to prevent them from
unrolling.
4. If necessary, open the zips of the inner fabric.
5. Roll up the inner fabric.
6. Fasten the toggles to prevent them from
unrolling.
Closing doors and windows
1. Release the toggles.
2. Roll down the fabric.
3. Close the zip.
Dismantling the tent
Note: dismantle the product in as clean and dry a
condition as possible, so as to avoid the formation
of mould or stains. After dismantling in the rain,
let the product dry out completely before packing
it away. Clean all components thoroughly before
packing them away.
1. Remove all ground pegs [3] (Fig. C & D).
2. Roll up the guy lines.
3. Release the plastic hooks from the fibreglass
poles [2] (Fig. B).
4. Remove the fibreglass poles [2] from the pins
of the metal rings (Fig. B).
5. Pull the fibreglass poles [2] out of the tunnel
guides of the product (Fig. A).
6. Pull the fibreglass poles [2] apart and fold
them up.
7. Spread the tent [1] out flat.
8. Fold the tent [1] lengthways to about one fifth
of its width, then crosswise twice.
9. Put the tent [1], fibreglass poles [2] and the
ground pegs [3] in the carry bag [4] and
close.
Repairs
Small tears or holes in the fabric can be
repaired with standard repair patches.
