11. Stazione base / Interruttore perimetrale e cavo perimetrale
Robomow non può funzionare senza un cavo perimetrale installato e attivato dall'interruttore
perimetrale. Nel caso in cui l'interruttore perimetrale sia spento o non funzioni, il Robomow si
arresta. Ugualmente, il Robomow si arresta anche se si verifica un taglio nel cavo perimetrale. Un
taglio nel cavo perimetrale precedente all'azione impedisce il funzionamento di Robomow.
Robomow può funzionare solamente all'interno dei confini del cavo perimetrale.
12. Allarme automatico di avvertimento prima dell’attivazione
Se l’attivazione del tosaerba è stata programmata dalla stazione base a un’ora stabilita, 5 minuti
prima dell’attivazione entrano in funzione un cicalino e la luce indicatrice d’avvertimento. Si tratta
dell’avviso di liberare ed ispezionare l’area interessata.
13. Protezione e monitoraggio di surriscaldamento
Tutti i motori delle tre lame e delle due ruote motrici, sono costantemente controllati durante il
funzionamento per qualsiasi evento che può causare un surriscaldamento dei motori. In tal caso, il
Robomow interrompe l'azione di almeno un motore, ed eventualmente anche dello stesso
tosaerba, indicando che il motore si sta raffreddando. Sebbene non si verifichi di frequente, questo
può accadere quando il tosaerba taglia erba molto alta; o la parte inferiore del tosaerba è ostruita a
causa di una scarsa di pulizia; o se il Robomow incontra un ostacolo che non è in grado di
azionare il sensore del paraurti impedendogli di muoversi; o un ostacolo topografico locale ha
bloccato il tosaerba impedendone il movimento.
