As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the coloured
markings identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows.
- The wire which is coloured green and yellow must be connected to the terminal in the plug which is
marked with the letter E or by the earth symbol
or coloured green or green and yellow.
- The wire which is coloured blue must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N
or coloured black.
- The wire which is coloured brown must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter
L or coloured red.
ATTENTION: Do not forget to use adequate plugs to the support brackets. Enquire after the manu-
facturers. Do an embedding if necessary. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility in case of a
faulty hanging due to the drilling and the setting up of plugs.
Extractor DECLIC + CONFORT PRO Motor
The installation of the telescopic extractor DECLIC can be carried out in 2 different ways:
•Either while integrating the motor in the hood or in the kitchen furniture.
•Either while separating the motor, to be placed at a distance from the hood, in order to be more comfort-
able improving noise level
Extractor DECLIC + extern motor at a distance MISTRAL 800
The telescopic extractor DECLIC is installed in the hood or in the kitchen furniture;
the MISTRAL motor is tted at a distance from the hood on an outside wall.
A -INSTALLATION WITH THE CONFORT PRO MOTOR FIXED INTO THE BUILT-IN TELESCOPIC
EXTRACTOR
1.Turn the screws anticlockwise to loosen the 2 xing clips on the Declic (g 1).
2.Position the Confort motor inlet above the Declic and lower into position (g 2).
3.Fix the Declic motor assembly to the Confort with the 2 screws (g 3).
4.Insert the 4 shock absorbers into the holes in the back of the Confort motor (g 4).
5.The Declic is supplied with a 10mm and 20mm spacer to ll the gap between the wall and the rearof
the extractor. To t the spacer unscrew the screws located between the halogen lights and removethe
front light housing in order to access (g.5).
6.Cut the require aperture in the base of the kitchen cabinet as indicated (g. 6).
7.Insert the telescopic extractor in the aperture in the kitchen cabinet and turning the screws clockwis-
esecure the assembly to the kitchen cabinet (g 1).
8.We recommend that the CONFORT PRO motor be secured to the back of the kitchen cabinet,which
will allow access via the cabinet door (g 7).
9.Insert the grommets into the screw holes (g 8).
10.Connect the ducting onto the round outlet on the top of the motor assembly.
11.Connect both appliances together (g 9) and connect them to the mains supply
(See ELECTRICALWIRING chapter).
CAUTION : If the kitchen cabinet does not have a door you must execute points 10 and 11 be-
forepoint 7.
•RECIRCULATION
In the recirculation mode (with the optional activated charcoal lter tted) the contaminated air enters
thehood through the grease lter and through the purifying activated charcoal lters and back out into
thekitchen through a grille in the front of the kitchen cabinet (g. 10).Before the charcoal lter can
be tted it is necessary to x the propeller shaped bracket over the outlet inthe body of the canopy
using the 3 No M4 x 6 screws provided and then the activated charcoal cartridgecan be tted (g 11).
