Instellen van de spaanafname op de
vlakschaaf
(Fig.9)
Het instellen van de spaanafname gebeurt op de ingangsvlaktafel en gebeurt als volgt:
Los de vergrendeling (1) die zich op de zijkant van de tafel bevindt.
Met de hendel (2) kan de tafel op en neer bewogen worden, en de in te stellen afname wordt
afgelezen op de schaalverdeling (3).
Het spreekt voor zich dat telkens de schaafmessen gewisseld worden en de uitgangstafel ingesteld
is op de schaafmeshoogte men de ingangstafel op dezelfde hoogte moet brengen door bv gebruik te
maken van een vlakke liniaal; daarna moet de schaalverdeling terug op “0” worden geplaatst.
Na het instellen van de spaanafname moet de schaaftafel terug vergrendeld worden dmv. de
klemming (1).

Na het ontgrendelen van de beide klemhendels (g.9.1) kunnen beide tafels opengeklapt worden.
Zorg ervoor dat de schaaftafels ver genoeg opengeklapt worden zodat de terugslagveiligheid
ingeschakeld wordt (g.10) zodat de tafels niet terugvallen. Er is een begrenzing voorzien die
verhindert dat de tafel overkipt.
Vergrendel de afzuigkap met het slot.
Een elektrisch contact verhindert het opstarten van de machine met geopende schaaftafels en de kap
naar beneden geklapt in de vlakschaafstand. Bij het naar boven draaien en vergrendelen van de kap
wordt het contact weer gesloten en kan de machine gestart worden.
