Fehlersuche und Behebung

Maschine läuft nicht an nachdem die Start-Taste gedrückt worden ist:

- Hauptschalter eingeschaltet ?

- Ist der Stern-Dreieckschalter in der richtigen Position ?

- Ist die Stomversorgung vorhanden ? -> Vorsicherung prüfen !

- Wurde der Motor überlastet ? -> wenn ja, Bi- Relais abkühlen lassen !

Nach Einschalten des Hauptschalters fällt sofort die Vorsicherung aus:

- Vorsicherung zu niedrig dimensioniert

- Maschineninterner Kurzschluss

Maschine schaltet während des Laufs unerwartet ab:

- Aus-Taster gestossen ?

- Wurde der Motor überlastet ?-> wenn ja: Bi-Relais abkühlen lassen.

Nachlassen der Durchziehkraft des Riemens:

- Keilriemenspannung überprüfen:

- Abgenutzter Keilriemen

- Stumpfes Werkzeug

Vibrieren der Maschine mit laufendem Werkzeug:

- Abgenutzter Keilriemen

Überlastungsschutz springt an:

- Kann durch sehr starke übernormale Belastung eintreten: einige Zeit warten bis Schutzschalter abgekühlt

ist.
