8.2 PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE (EXAMPLE: SETTING THE DATE)
The programming procedure is started in this screen display after you press the ‘ENTER’
button to activate the programming loop.
You can now enter all the parameters using exactly
the same procedure and sequence as described for setting the parameters in manual
mode (see Chapter 7.3). To help you keep track of the data, a date can be entered inste-
ad of the audible beeper. The date is entered in the format ‘YYYY-MM-DD’.
Press the ‘ENTER’ button to start entering the date. In addition to the ‘+’ and ‘-’ symbols
at the right-hand end of the top line you will see the year number flashing; you can now
update it using the ‘+’ or ‘-’ button. Pressing the
‘ENTER’ button once more causes the month num-
ber to flash, and this can now be changed using the
‘+’ / ‘-’ buttons. The current day’s date can then be
set in the same way. When the date is correct,
press the ‘ENTER’ button again to store the infor-
mation.
