Petits pains mœlleux

Mettre une partie de la farine pour recouvrir les ingdients
liquides. Rajouter le reste de farine après le sucre et le sel pour
éviter leur contact avec la levure.
Conseils de pparation :
Vous pouvez ajouter à la pâte des raisins secs, des noix, des graines de tournesol ou
garnir vos petits pains avec des graines de pavot, de sésame, des amandes
effies… Retirez la te de la machine en fin de programme, partissez-la en 12
petites boules et posez-les sur une plaque huie. Badigeonnez chaque petit pain
d’un œuf battu ou de café pour leur donner un aspect brillant ou ajoutez une
cuillère à soupe d’huile et saupoudrez-les de farine. Laissez lever pendant 40 minutes.
Faites-les cuire ensuite dans un four traditionnel à 200°C durant 15 à 20 minutes.
