Haga cortes en la corteza y coloque en la bandeja de hornear
Hornear 30 a 35 minutos
450°F. (233ºC)

Papas al horno
Precalentar el horno a 450ºF (233ºC).
Cepille 1 a 4 papas y pinche para permitir que escape el vapor. Unte la papa ligeramente
en aceite vegetal o manteca. Coloque en la asadera multiuso. Cocine por 60 a 75 minutos
hasta que las papas estén cocidas. (Para verificar si están cocidas, apriételas con una
manopla. Las papas deben ceder fácilmente).
Condimentos opcionales: Corte la papa al horno caliente y agregue uno o hasta tres de
estas opciones al gusto justo antes de servir:
Mantequilla Crema agria
Cebollín picado u otras hiervas frescas Cebolla de verdeo picada
Brócoli al vapor picado Queso Cheddar rallado
Chili preparado y caliente Tocino crujiente desmenuzado
Jamón cocido en daditos
Pizzas locas individuales
2 English Muffins, cortados y tostados
¼ taza de pesto de tomate seco para untar o presto
¼ taza de pimientos rojos asados picados y escurridos
¼ taza de corazones de alcachofa marinados, picados y escurridos
¼ tapa de hongos salvajes en rodajas
1 cucharada de perejil, albahaca u orégano desmenuzado
½ taza de mezcla de queso para pizza rallado grueso
Precalentar el horno a 350ºF (177ºC).
Colocar los muffins tostados y cortados a la mitad con el lado del corte hacia arriba en la
asadera multiuso. Untar el pesto de manera pareja sobre cada pizza. Agregar los
pimientos rojos asados, los corazones de alcachofa, los hongos y las hierbas. Esparcir el
queso por encima. Cocinar de 3 a 5 minutos o hasta que esté caliente y el queso se haya
derretido.
Rinde 2 porciones.
