• Makeanoteoftheserialnumberofyourproductfrom
the base of the unit and call our Customer Care on
(0) +44 1242 702 345 who will be happy to send you
a replacement key.


it for any other purpose than intended.

any safety features or open the unit or wand.
• Onlyusethisproductwiththeadaptersupplied.
• Toprotectthelaser,donotstoreattemperatures
exceeding 40ºC.
• Afteruse,wipethewandcleanwithaslightlydamp
cloth. The main unit can also be wiped over.
• Whileunplugged,regularlycleanthelasershroud
and skin sensors with a cotton bud, to ensure optimum
laser output.
• Donotimmersethemainunitorwandinwater.
• Ifyouexperienceunexpectedbehaviourofthisproduct
then it is possible some external electromagnetic
interference is responsible. You should remove this
source and restart the product to restore full operation.
At no time will the laser fire unintentionally.
