HOW TO USE
CHARGING YOUR
FACIAL RENEW™
YOUR FACIAL RENEW™
Facial Renew™ uses advanced radiofrequency
technology to gently heat the lower layers of the
skin, targeting the collagen and elastin fibres
deep within the dermal layer of the skin. Existing
fibres shrink and tighten, helping to lift the skin
and reduce sagging. New collagen production
is stimulated, improving elasticity, tone and the
appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The benefits
should be obvious after a month and continue to
improve over the first six months. For the first month
daily treatments are recommended, afterwards,
continue with a maintenance programme of twice
weekly treatments.
Facial Renew is suitable for all skin types and
tones. The treatment head consists of six active
contacts which need to be in contact with the skin
to start the treatment.
IMPORTANT: Before first use, we recommend
you try the device on your forearm so you will
become familiar with the feeling and what you
will experience during treatment.
1. Cleanse your skin and dry fully.
2. Apply some hydrating serum, moisturiser or
gel to the treatment area.
3. Press the ON/OFF button for approximately
3 seconds to turn on. The indicator light will
turn green.
4. Place the treatment head in contact with the
skin and move over the treatment area using
a constant circular motion (see ‘Treatment
Areas’). Move slowly and keep the treatment
head in contact with the skin. When the skin
temperature warms to 42°C, the indicator light
will turn to orange.
5. Continue to move the device over the
treatment area. The indicator light will turn red
if the skin temperature reaches 45°C. Move a
little more quickly if this occurs or if you feel
discomfort – ideally, the indicator light should
remain orange.
6. Treatment of each area shoud take
approximately 3-4 minutes.
7. Once you have completed your treatment,
press the ON/OFF button for approximately
3 seconds to switch off.
8. Wipe the device clean with a damp cloth and
store the device safely out of reach of children.
Note: After 30 minutes without use, the device
will automatically power off. After treatment, the
treated area should have a warm sensation and
your skin feel tighter and smoother.
• To charge, connect the
power lead to the device
and plug into USB port.
• The ON/OFF button will
indicate red during charging
and green when the battery
is fully charged.
• If the device is not in use for a while, to prolong
battery life it isadvisable to charge the device
from time to time.
• Unplug the USB power lead once fully charged.
IMPORTANT: Fully charge the unit before using
for the first time.

lips, ears, breasts or genital area.
• Do NOT use the device on any areas other
than those recommended in this manual.
• Always ensure hands and face are dried
thoroughly before use.
• Keep the device constantly moving when
in use. Failure to do so may result in low
temperature burns to the skin.
• In the case of prolonged skin irritation,
contact your physician.
• Keep the device out of the reach of children.
NOT for use by children.
• Do NOT use in a humid environment such
as bath or shower room.
• Do NOT immerse the unit in water.
• Disconnect from power source before
cleaning, wipe clean with a damp cloth only.
• Only use the USB power lead supplied with
this product. Unplug when fully charged.
• STOP using the device immediately if
you think it is malfunctioning and contact
customer care.
• Do NOT use if the device is disassembled,
cracked or damaged.
• Do NOT dismantle the unit, there are no user
serviceable parts inside. No modification of
CONTRAINDICATIONS
• Do NOT use the device if you have skin
inflammation or an infection on or near
the treatment area.
• Do NOT use if you have any implantable
metal device or body piercing in the
treatment area.
• Do NOT use if you are pregnant or
breastfeeding.
• Do NOT use if you have a pacemaker fitted
or suffer from arrhythmias or any other
cardiovascular disorder.
• Do NOT use if you suffer from epilepsy,
diabetes, autoimmune disease or blood
clotting disorders.
• Do NOT use if you are taking blood thinning
medications or are using or have used
Isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past two
months.
• If in any doubt regarding the safe use of
this device with a pre-existing medical
condition or other medications, please
consult with your physician prior to use.
