MIJN ANDROID TOESTEL VERBINDT NIET AUTOMATISCH MET RING

Ga naar uw Wi-Fi instellingen.

Zoek in de lijst met beschikbare netwerken naar een netwerk genaamd
“Ring-xxxxxx”.

Selecteer dit netwerk en kies “vergeet netwerk”.

Ga vervolgens naar geavanceerde netwerkinstellingen.

Zoek de “scanning always available” regel en zorg dat deze uit staat.

Zoek de “auto switch to mobile netwerk” regel en zorg dat deze aan
staat.

Probeer de RING opnieuw in te stellen volgens de stappen in Hoofdstuk
3.2
MIJN VIDEOBEELDEN ZIJN VAN SLECHTE KWALITEIT
De Ring Video deurbel gebruikt adaptieve bandbreedte technieken. Hierdoor
wordt de kwaliteit van de video aangepast op het moment dat deze
gestreamd wordt naar een smartphone of tablet.
Wanneer RING een situatie detecteert waarin de videokwaliteit begint te
degraderen, wordt het de video met een lagere bit- en frame rate naar uw
apparaat gestreamd, om ervoor te zorgen dat oproep niet wordt afgebroken.
MIJN WIFI VERBINDING WERKT NIET
Als uw draadloze internetverbinding niet meer werkt zal uw Ring deurbel niet
in staat om audio en video gegevens naar uw smartphones en tablets te
sturen. Neem contact op met uw internetprovider om een gepaste oplossing
te vinden.
Door de Ring deurbel aan te sluiten op de vaste bedrading zult u nog steeds
de deurbel horen wanneer een bezoeker op de knop drukt.
