Le Floodlight Cam ne s’allume pas quand je
rétablis l’alimentation.
Vérifiez si un interrupteur contrôle l’alimentation du
dispositif d’éclairage. Si c’est le cas, veillez à ce qu’il
soit en permanence activé. Si votre dispositif est
relié à une minuterie, vous devez désactiver cette
fonctionnalité.
Le Floodlight Cam s’allume, mais je ne peux pas
terminer la configuration dans l’application.
Vérifiez, dans un premier temps, le mot de passe
de votre réseau Wi-Fi, puisque c’est la raison la plus
courante pour ce cas de figure.
Vérifiez ensuite la distance jusqu’à votre point
d’accès ou votre routeur Wi-Fi. Lorsque le
Floodlight Cam est installé trop loin du point
d’accès, il est possible que cela empêche la
configuration de se terminer. Si c’est le cas,
l’installation d’un Chime Pro de Ring peut vous
aider à renforcer la force de votre signal Wi-Fi.
