• TA button (21)
Press the TA button (21) once shortly > TA is activated
Press the button again > TA is deactivated
When you receive a traffic programme station, the display shows TP (traffic programme).
When you keep the TA button pressed, the abbreviation TA is displayed.
If a different audio source is being played (an SD for instance), the programme is set to mute during the traffic
announcement.
When you listen to a radio programme at a very low volume, the volume is automatically increased to an easily audible
level.
When the traffic announcement is over, the volume you were hearing before is restored.
EON sensitivity setting:
It is possible with this function to make the switching of traffic announcements of other programmes from the same
transmission chain dependent on their reception strength.
Press the TA button (21) for about 2 seconds until the display shows EON TA LO or EON TA DX.
When you press the TA button once more, you switch between these two modes.
The normal display reappears automatically after a few seconds.
EON TA LO: The radio only switches to EON traffic announcements if the EON transmitter’s signal strength is good
and no interference is expected.
EON TA DX:The radio always switches to EON traffic announcements, the signal strength is not taken into account.
