Le concept de réception RDS
Le sigle RDS signifie Radio Data System (système de données radio). Cela signifie que des informations
supplémentaires inaudibles codées sont émises par la station RDS VHF.
Votre syntoniseur SD RSD-1802 est capable d’exploiter ces données codées qui sont diffusées par la quasi-totalité
des stations radio.
Les informations supplémentaires suivantes sont diffusées :
- Identification du programme (PI)
- Identifiant des annonces routières (TP)
- Identifiant d’annonces routières (TA)
- Nom de service du programme (PS)
- Fréquences alternatives (AF)
- Type de programme (PTY)
- Informations EON (EON)
- Heure (CT)
Identification du programme (PI)
Ces données permettent au récepteur d’identifier une station de façon univoque. Elles permettent à la radio de
discerner les zones dans lesquelles le même programme est émis. Dès qu’elle capte des signaux faibles, l’autoradio
s’accorde sur une station plus forte diffusant la même identification du programme.
Identifiant des annonces routières (TP)
Grâce à ce signal, le récepteur détecte que la station écoutée diffuse des annonces routières.
Identifiant d’annonces routières (TA)
Ce signal indique la diffusion d’une annonce routière et permet, le cas échéant, d’interrompre la lecture en cours à
partir d’une autre source.
