I have had problems with two of my Remington XR1390AU shavers. After six weeks the black ring under the cutting head on one cutter has come lose hence that one won’t work. This has happened to both razors. I can’t get the black ring back into place. The first razor was replaced.not sur if this a common fault with this model.
