Een modulerende regelaar, eventueel in combinatie met thermostatische radiatorkranen, is energiezuinig en biedt hoog
comfort. Met deze combinatie kan de temperatuur per vertrek worden ingesteld. Plaats echter geen thermostatische
radiatorkranen in het vertrek waar de kamerthermostaat is.
Helemaal open- of dichtdraaien van thermostatische radiatorkranen geeft ongewenste temperatuurschommelingen. Draai de
thermostaatknop of -kraan in kleine stappen hoger of lager.
Zet de thermostaat lager tot ca. 20°C. Dit bespaart stookkosten en energie.
Zet de thermostaat ruim van tevoren op een lage stand wanneer ruimtes worden gelucht.
Stel de watertemperatuur ’s zomers lager in dan ’s winters (bijvoorbeeld respectievelijk 60°C en 80°C) als een aan/uit
thermostaat wordt gebruikt.
Houd met de instelling van een klok- en programmeerbare thermostaat rekening met dagen dat er niemand aanwezig is en
met vakanties.
