7.3 Problemen en oplossingen
Beschrijving Controles Oplossingen
Het controlelampje is uit. De zekering is defect. Vervang de zekering.

voeding", pagina 65.
De stroom is onderbroken. Stroom herstellen.
De zonnepomp werkt, maar de temperatuur van
het warmwatertoestel stijgt niet.
Er bevinden zich luchtbellen in de
circuit.
Tap de installatie af.
Controleer de druk.
Schakel de pomp meerdere keren achter
elkaar in en uit.
Het filter van de zonnecollector is
verstopt.
Het filter reinigen.
De zonnepomp start en stopt constant. De sensor van de zonnecollector is
op de verkeerde plaats
geïnstalleerd.
Plaats de sensor van de collector op de
vertrekleiding van de zonneleiding, op
het warmste punt bij de uitgang van de
collector.
Het op de regelaar bepaalde
temperatuurverschil is te klein.
Wijzig de waarde van DT.
De optie buisvormige collector is
niet aangepast.
Wijzig de waarde van FT.
De zonnepomp start later dan gepland. De waarde van DT is te hoog. Wijzig de waarde van DT.
De sensor van de collector is
verkeerd ingesteld of geplaatst.
Wijzig de waarde van DT.
Plaats de sensor van de collector op de
vertrekleiding van de zonneleiding, op
het warmste punt bij de uitgang van de
collector.
Het temperatuurverschil tussen het
warmwatertoestel en de zonnecollector
verhoogt wanneer het systeem wordt
ingeschakeld.
Het zonnecircuit slaagt er niet in de warmte af te
voeren.
De zonnepomp is defect. Vervang de zonnepomp.
Het circuit is verstopt. Reinig het zonnecircuit.
Het circuit heeft kalkaanslag. Ontkalk het circuit.
De zonnepomp werkt niet, terwijl de
temperatuur van de collector hoger is dan die
van het warmwatertoestel.
De stroom is onderbroken. Controleer de zekering van de regelaar.
Controleer de elektrische voeding.
De pomp start niet in de
handbediening.
De pomp is geblokkeerd.
Controleer of de kabel PWM is
aangesloten op de pomp.
Vervang de zonnepomp.
De pomp wordt niet gevoed door de
regelaar.
Controleer de zekering van de regelaar.
Controleer de elektrische voeding.
Vervang de regelaar.
De waarde van DT is te hoog. Wijzig de waarde van DT.
De temperatuur van de boiler daalt zonder
aftappen.
De pomp werkt ’s nachts. Controleer de programmering van de
regelaar.
Er is sprake van recirculatie in het
zonnecircuit of het SWW circuit.
Plaats een anti thermosifon in het
zonnecircuit of het SWW circuit.
De temperatuur van de collector is hoger dan de
buitentemperatuur ’s nachts.
De anti thermosifonkleppen werken
niet.
Controleer de anti thermosifonkleppen.
De thermosifoncirculatie is te
krachtig.
Gebruik beter geschikte anti
thermosifonkleppen.
