4. INBETRIEBNAHMEANWEISUNG

4.1 Allgemeines

Der remeha Gas 3000 ist werksseitig auf den

Betrieb mit Erdgas H voreingestellt.

Bei Betrieb mit Erdgas L oder LL ist eine

Leistungsanpassung ohne Düsenwechsel erforderlich.

Erforderlicher Gasfließdruck: 18 - 25 mbar.

4.2 Gas - Luftverbundregelung

Der remeha Gas 3000 ist mit einer Gas/Luftverbundre-

gelung ausgerüstet. Diese Regelung hat die Aufgabe, bei

wechselnder Belastung das Gas-, Luftverhältnis inner-

halb enger Grenzen konstant zu halten. Dadurch wird die

Verbrennung optimiert, es werden gleichbleibende hohe

Wirkungsgrade erreicht.

Die Gasnachführung bei sich verändernder Luftmenge

erfolgt über zwei Steuerleitungen, die direkt mit dem

Gaskombinationsventil verbunden sind. Die erforderliche

Verbrennungsluftmenge wird mittels Differenzdrucksen-

sor überwacht.
