CE-zugelassen, Kategorie I

für Erdgas H, L und LL.

Vollautomatisch, modulierend oder zweistufig.

Der Kessel ist werksseitig auf Erdgas H Wobbe-Index

15,0 kWh/m

eingestellt, umstellbar auf Erdgas L ohne

Düsenwechsel.

1.2 Aufbau

Spezialheizkessel für Gasfeuerung aus Gusseisen

rem-cast

mit hoher Korrosionsbeständigkeit.

Vormischflächenbrenner aus Edelstahl mit Metallvlies-

oberfläche zur schadstoffarmen Verbrennung von Erd-

gas. Drehzahlregelung des Verbrennungsluftgebläses

mittels Frequenzregler, Überwachung mittels Differenz-

drucksensor. Gas-/Luft-Verbundregelung zur Optimierung

der Verbrennung. Vollautomatischer Brennerbetrieb,

Hochspannungszündung, Ionisationsflammenüberwa-

chung.

Eingebautes Kesselschaltfeld mit Bedienungs- und

Sicherungselementen.

Menügeführter Sicherheitsautomat in Mikroprozessor-

technik mit ausgedehnter Betriebs- und Servicediagnos-

tik; RS 232-Anschluss für BUS-Verbindung zur Kombi-

nation mit PC, Modem oder Gebäudeleittechnik. Einbau-

möglichkeit einer witterungsabhängigen Regeleinheit

Gaskombinationsventil bestehend aus zwei Hauptgas-

ventilen, Gasdruckverhältnisregler und Gasdruckwächter

unter der Verkleidung montiert.

Elektroanschluss: 230 V, 50 Hz.

Farbige pulverbeschichtete Verkleidung, hochwertige

Wärmeschutzisolierung.

1.3 Anwendung

Warmwasserheizungen bis 90°C

Max. Vorlauftemperatur : 75°C/90°C

Max. Betriebstemperatur : 110°C (Absicherungsgrenze)

Max. Betriebsüberdruck : 6,0 bar

Min. Betriebsüberdruck : 0,8 bar.
