8 Inbedrijfstelling
8.1 Algemeen
Een speciale inbedrijfstellingsprocedure moet worden uitgevoerd als de
ketel voor de eerste keer in gebruik wordt genomen, als de ketel
langdurige niet is gebruikt of als er reparaties zijn uitgevoerd die een
volledige herinstallatie van de ketel vereisen. Inbedrijfstellen van de ketel
staat de gebruiker toe de verschillende instellingen en de uit te voeren
controles om de ketel in alle veiligheid op te starten, te beoordelen.
8.2
Uit te voeren controles voor de inbedrijfstelling
Controleer de volgende punten:
1. Peil brandstofopslagtank en type brandstof (stookolie aanbevolen).
2. Lekdichtheid van de stookolieleiding
3. Ontgassen van de stookolietoevoerleiding vanaf de opslagtank tot het
oliefilter.
4. Elektrische aansluitingen.
5. Aanwezigheid aardaansluiting en het geaard circuit.
6. Sifon gevuld tot de markering.
7. Lekdichtheid van het condensaatcircuit.
8. Vrije afvoer van de condensaat.
9. Lekdichtheid van de koppelingen van de leidingen (brandstof en
water).
8.2.1
Controleren en afstellen van de recirculatiegleuf
Inbedrijfstellen: controleer de recirculatiesleuf voordat de ketel in bedrijf
wordt gesteld; de fabrieksinstelling kan door het transport zijn veranderd.
1. Controleer of de instelschroef 1 tegen de aanslag staat. Indien dit niet
het geval is, handmatig linksom verdraaien tot aan de aanslag.
2. Stel de gleuf voor recirculatie in met behulp van de afstelschroef 1.
Draai voor een grotere recirculatiegleuf R de schroef rechtsom.
Draai voor een kleinere recirculatiegleuf R de schroef linksom.
3. Controleer de instelling aan de hand van de aanwijzing op de liniaal 2.
