Cleaning and attendance
Always unplug rst. When the heating bowl has cooled o, it can be wiped out
with a damp loth. For decalcifying the appliance use commercially available uid
Decalciers. Follow the respective instructions for use! Calcium deposits can also be
dissolved by a vinegar-water solution. ( equal parts household vinegar and water
) which is brought to boil briey. If there are strong calcium deposits, the above
mentioned process must be repeated. Do not leave the heating bowl unattended as
the vinegar-water mixture can foam over. Leave the solution in the heating bowl for
a few moments longer after brief boiling and then pour it out. Wipe out the heating
bowl after the de-calcifying, an repeat the evaporation process with clean water to
neutralze the odor of vinegar. Do not use strong de-calciers or sourcing agents nor
scratch with pointed objects
