Thank you for this opportunity. I have a brand new treadmill. I followed the instruction manual for lubricating the walking band before first use. After undoing the bolts(bolts at the back end by 5 anticlockwise turns) I was unable to get the 30-40cm loosening of the band to apply the lube. Is there something I am doing wrong. Is there a video out there on how to do this correctly. Any help would be much appreciated. I intend doing the maintenance recommended myself and I would like to keep the treadmill in tiptop condition. Many thanks.
