MODE
Tryk på denne knap for at vælge mellem
træningsmål baseret på tid, distance eller
kalorier. Du kan indstille værdien med knapperne
SPEED +/- og INCLINE +/-. Tryk på knappen
START for at begynde.
START
Du kan til enhver tid trykke på denne knap for at
starte maskinen.
STOP
Tryk på denne knap for at stoppe maskinen eller
sætte den på pause.
SPEED + / SPEED -
Tryk på denne knap for at indstille hastigheden.
INCLINE + / INCLINE -
Tryk på denne knap for at indstille stigningen.
FAN
Tryk på denne knap for at tænde eller slukke for
blæseren.
Computerfunktioner
Kvikstart
- Tryk på knappen START. Systemet tæller ned
fra 3 sekunder, og der lyder et signal.
- Tryk på knappen SPEED + /- for at indstille
maskinens hastighed.
- Tryk på knappen INCLINE + /- for at indstille
maskinens stigning.
Manuel
- Tryk på knappen MODE for at vælge TIME (tid),
DISTANCE, CALORIES (kalorier) og stigning.
- Tryk på knappen START. Løbebåndet begynder
at køre efter 3 sekunder.
- Tryk på knapperne SPEED + /- og INCLINE +/-
for at indstille maskinens hastighed og stigning.
Program
- Tryk på knappen PROG. Vinduet DISTANCE
viser 24 programmer. Vælg et program fra 1 til 24.
- Tryk på knapperne SPEED +/- eller INCLINE +/-
for at indstille træningstiden.
- Hvert program deles ind i 10 sektioner.
Maskinen bipper 3 gange, når en ny sektion
påbegyndes.
- Tryk på knapperne SPEED + /- og INCLINE +/-
for at ændre maskinens hastighed og stigning i
løbet af en sektion.
- Maskinen bipper 3 gange og stopper, når
programmet er gennemført.
Brugerprogram
- Tryk på knappen PROG for at vælge U1, U2 eller
U3.
- Tryk på knapperne INCLINE +/- eller SPEED +/-
for at indstille stigningen eller hastigheden.
- Tryk på knappen MODE for at bekræfte og gå
videre til næste sektion af programmet.
Fra standby kan du trykke på knappen PROG, til
du får vist U1, U2 eller U3. Indstil træningstiden,
og tryk på knappen START for at begynde.
Kropsfedtanalyse
- Tryk på knappen PROG, indtil FAT vises på
displayet.
- Tryk på knappen MODE for at indtaste dine
oplysninger:
Indstil værdierne for F-1 til F-4 (F-1 GENDER
(køn), F-2 AGE (alder), F-3 HEIGHT (højde), F-4
WEIGHT (vægt))
- Tryk på knappen MODE for at gå til F-5 (F-5
BODY FAT TEST (kropsfedtanalyse)). Hold
hænderne på pulssensorerne. Displayet viser
resultatet efter 3 sekunder.
Kropsfedtanalysen er tænkt som en rettesnor og
kan ikke bruges som medicinske data:
<19 Undervægt
20-25: Normalvægt
26-29: Overvægt
> 30 Fedme
