CONSOLE GUIDE
CONTROL DEL PULSO
1. P ulse UP/DOWN hasta que el programa HRC aparezca.
2. P ulse ENTER para confirmar.
3. P ulse UP / DOWN para seleccionar 55%, 75%, 90% o TA (OBJETIVO H.R. – pre programado = 100bpm).
Si ha seleccionado TA, entonces use las teclas UP/DOWN para cambiar el valor del objetivo del pulso.
Para calcular el pulso objetivo:
rmula: (220-Edad) X_%
Ejemplo: Edad 25 eligiendo 75%, su objetivo sería (220-25) x 75%= 146/min.
4. P ulse UP/DOWN para establecer el tiempo de su entrenamiento.
5. P ulse START/STOP para empezar su entrenamiento.
MODO PROGRAMA DE USUARIO
1. P ulse UP/DOWN hasta que el programa de usuario aparezca.
2. P ulse ENTER para confirmar.
3. P ulse UP/DOWN para establecer la resistencia de cada columna.
4. P ulse ENTER para cambiar a la próxima columna.
5. P ulse START/STOP para confirmar.
6. P ulse UP/DOWN para establecer el tiempo del entrenamiento.
7. P ulse START/STOP para empezar su entrenamiento.
MODO VATIOS
1. P ulse UP/DOWN hasta que el programa de Vatios (
) aparezca.
2. P ulse ENTER para confirmar.
3. P ulse UP/DOWN para establecer el objetivo en vatios..
4. P ulse ENTER para confirmar.
5. P ulse UP/DOWN para establecer el tiempo.
6. P ulse START/STOP para empezar su entrenamiento.
MODO RECUPERACIÓN
Esta función evaluará su nivel de forma física midiendo lo rápido su pulso se recupera en un minuto.
1. P ulse la tecla RECOVERY al final del entrenamiento.
2. Debe mantener agarrados los sensores del pulso durante todo el test de recuperación. Debe agarrar
l os sensores todo el tiempo que dure la prueba de recuperación.
3. E l reloj cuenta atrás a partir de 60 segundos. Al final del programa se le dará una puntuación:
1.0E XCEPCIONAL
1.0<F<2.0E XCELENTE
2.0<F<2.9B UENO
3.0<F<3.9A CEPTABLE
4.0<F<5.9P OR DEBAJO DE LA MEDIA
6.0P OBRE
