希望のプログラム (P1 ～ P24、U01 ～ U03、Fat) を選択します。
MODE (モード)
時間、距離、カロリーを選択します。
START (開始)
プログラムを開始します。
STOP (停止)
ワークアウト中にいつでもマシンを停止できます。ランニング ベルトの速度が落ち、完全に停止します。すべてのデータ
がゼロにリセットされます。
SPEED + / - (速度 + / -)
• ワークアウト中に速度を上げたり下げたりします。
• 時間、距離、カロリーを調節します。
INCLINE + / - (傾斜率 + / -)
• ワークアウト中に傾斜レベルを上げたり下げたりします。
• 時間、距離、カロリーを調節します。
INSTANT SPEED (簡易速度)
ランニング中に特定の速度を選択するときに使用します。
INSTANT INCLINE (簡易傾斜)
ランニング中に特定の傾斜を選択するときに使用します。
FAN (ファン)
ファンを作動または停止するときに使用します。
MP3 INPUT (MP3 入力)
付属ケーブルを使用して、個人の MP3 プレイヤーに接続できます。音楽は、内蔵スピーカーから流れ、コンソールの音量
ボタンやデバイスで音量を調整します。
USB INPUT (USB 入力)
• USB ケーブルを使用して、デバイスを充電します。
• USB スティックを使用して、音楽を再生します。
VOLUME + / NEXT (音量 + / 次の曲)
• MP3 入力 - 音楽の音量を上げます。
VOLUME - / PREVIOUS (音量 - / 前の曲)
• MP3 入力 - 音楽の音量を上げます。
安全キー
このマシンには赤い安全キーが付属しており、これを挿入しなければマシンは動作しません。このキーの役割は、
緊急事態にマシンを即時停止することです。トレッドミルにキーが正しく取り付けられていないと、コンピューター
に「safety key disconnected (安全キーが取り外されています)」と表示されます。緊急事態にマシンを即時停止
できるようにするため、安全キーのもう片側に付いているクリップはワークアウト中、常にユーザーに取り付けておく
必要があります。

  • I have just bought a Jet 300+ treadmill. When choosing a high setting for running, the whole front shudders and shakes. I've looked at videos and none shudders and shakes like mine....is it faulty? Should I be worried?
