GARANTÍA
Las siguientes condiciones de garantía solo son válidas en el país donde
se vendió por primera vez el producto a un consumidor a través de un
minorista.
1. La garantía cubre todos los defectos de fabricación y materiales
existentes en el momento de la compra o que aparezcan en un plazo de
dos (2) años contados a partir de la fecha de venta de este producto a
un consumidor por parte de un minorista (garantía del fabricante). Com-
pruebe la integridad del producto y que este no presenta defectos de
fabricación o materiales inmediatamente después de comprar el artículo
o en el momento de recibirlo, si se trata de un pedido por correo.
2. Si detecta algún daño, deje de usar el producto de inmediato. Para
hacer valer la garantía, devuelva el producto completo y limpio al
minorista que se lo vendió por primera vez y presente el comprobante
de compra original (ticket de compra o factura). ¡No lleve ni envíe el
producto al fabricante!
3. La garantía no cubre los daños debidos al mal uso, influencias externas
(agua, fuego, accidentes, etc.), desgaste normal o por no tratar y usar
el producto tal y como se indica en este manual de instrucciones. La
garantía solo se aplica si las reparaciones o modificaciones han sido
realizadas exclusivamente por personas autorizadas y se han utilizado
componentes y accesorios originales.
4. Esta garantía no afecta a ningún derecho legal del consumidor ni tam-
poco a los derechos con respecto al vendedor por la no conformidad
del producto.
5. Todos nuestros tejidos cumplen con altos estándares en cuanto a
la resistencia del color. Sin embargo, los tejidos se decoloran si se
exponen a radiación ultravioleta. En este caso, no se trata de un defecto
de material sino de síntomas normales de desgaste por el que no se
puede conceder ninguna garantía.
