WARRANTY
The following warranty applies solely in the country where this product
was initially sold by a retailer to a customer.
1. The warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects, existing and
appearing, at the date of purchase or appearing within a term of two
(2) years from the date of purchase from the retailer who initially sold
the product to a consumer (manufacturer’s warranty). Please check the
product with respect to completeness and manufacturing or material
defects immediately at the date of purchase or immediately after
receipt. Please always keep your dated proof of purchase.
2. In case of a defect, stop using the product immediately. To obtain the
warranty please take or ship the product to the original retailer, who
initially sold this product to you in a clean and complete condition and
submit an original proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice). Please do
not take or ship the product to the manufacturer directly.
3. This warranty does not cover any damages which result from misuse,
environmental influence (water, fire, accidents etc.), normal wear and
tear or failure to comply with the instructions provided in this user
manual. The warranty does not apply if modifications and services were
performed by unauthorized persons or if non-original components and
accessories were used.
4. This warranty does not affect any statutory consumer rights, including
claims in tort and claims with respect to a breach of contract, which the
buyer may have against the seller or the manufacturer of the product.
5. All our fabrics meet high standards with regard to colorfastness. Howe-
ver, UV radiation may cause colors to fade. This is not a material fault,
but simply normal wear and tear, for which no warranty can be given.

Le disposizioni di garanzia seguenti valgono solo nel Paese in cui questo
prodotto è stato venduto al dettaglio a un consumatore per la prima volta.
1. La garanzia copre tutti i difetti di produzione e di materiale esistenti al
momento dell’acquisto o comparsi entro due (2) anni dalla prima vendita
di questo prodotto al dettaglio a un consumatore (garanzia del produtto-
re). Controllare il prodotto immediatamente dopo l’acquisto o, se è stato
acquistato per corrispondenza, dopo la ricezione per verificare che sia
completo e che non presenti difetti di produzione e di materiale.
2. In presenza di danni non continuare ad usare il prodotto. Per usufruire
di prestazioni di garanzia, il prodotto deve essere restituito completo
e pulito al rivenditore al dettaglio che l’ha venduto per la prima volta
con una prova di acquisto (scontrino o fattura) originale. Non portare
o spedire il prodotto direttamente al produttore!
3. La garanzia non copre danni causati da un uso scorretto, influenze
esterne (acqua, incendio, incidenti o simili), usura normale o trattamento
e uso non conformi alle indicazioni riportate in queste istruzioni per
l’uso. La garanzia viene concessa solo se le riparazioni e le modifiche
vengono eseguite esclusivamente da persone autorizzate e se sono
stati usati solo componenti e accessori originali.
4. Questa garanzia non pregiudica diritti del consumatore esistenti né
diritti sul rivenditore a causa di inadempienza contrattuale del prodotto.
5. Tutti i nostri tessuti soddisfano elevati requisiti per quel che concerne la
resistenza dei colori. Tuttavia, i tessuti scoloriscono per effetto dei raggi
UV. Non si tratta di un difetto di materiale, bensì di normali segni
di usura, che non sono in nessun caso coperti dalla garanzia.
