• Undo the belt buckle 14 by pressing the red button firmly.
• Put your child into the car seat.
• Place shoulder belts 12 directly over your child’s shoulders.
• Place both buckle tongues 15 together and lock them in place in belt
buckle 14 with an audible “CLICK”.
• Pull cautiously on central adjustment belt 16 in order to tighten shoulder
belts 12 until they fit your child’s body.
NOTE! For the car seat to offer optimum protection, shoulder belts 12
should fit the body as closely as possible.
SECURING THE CHILD CORRECTLY
Correct securing of your child
To ensure your child‘s safety, check that:
• The 5-point belt system has been correctly adjusted to the size of the
child, the shoulder belts 12 have not been twisted and the belt system
has been locked.
• The position of the headrest 9 is correctly adjusted.
• Belt tongues 15 are locked in place in belt buckle 14.
To ensure your child‘s safety, check that:
• The ISOFIX connectors 6 are correctly fastened to the vehicle and the
supporting leg 3 has been correctly installed.
• The seat has been locked into the correct position in the base.
• Newborns and infants who are not yet able to sit up by themselves (up
to around 1 year) should, for orthopedic and safety reasons, always be
transported in the flattest recline position rearward-facing.
AVVISO! Tirare sempre la cintura per le spalle 12 e non le imbottiture per
le spalle.
• Aprire la chiusura della cintura 14 premendo con forza sul tasto rosso.
• Sedere il bambino nel seggiolino auto.
• Far passare le cinture 12 diritte sulle spalle del bambino.
• Congiungere le linguette della fibbia 15 e inserirle nella chiusura della
cintura di sicurezza 14 fino a udire un chiaro “CLIC”.
• Tirare leggermente la cintura di regolazione centrale 16 per tendere le
cinture per le spalle 12 in modo che aderiscano al corpo del bambino.
AVVISO! Affinché il seggiolinoauto fornisca una protezione ottimale, le
cinture per le spalle 12 dovrebbero aderire quanto più possibile al corpo.
ALLACCIARE CORRETTAMENTE IL BAMBINO
Per allacciare correttamente il bambino procedere come descritto di
seguito
Per la sicurezza del bambino controllare che:
• il sistema di cinture di sicurezza a 5 punti sia stato adattato all’altezza del
bambino, che le cinture per le spalle 12 non siano attorcigliate e che il
sistema di cinture di sicurezza sia allacciato
• la posizione del poggiatesta 9 sia stata regolata correttamente.
• le linguette della fibbia 15 siano scattate in posizione nella chiusura della
cintura 14.
Per la sicurezza del bambino controllare che:
• i connettori ISOFIX 6 siano collegati correttamente nella vettura e che il
piede di supporto 3 sia stato montato correttamente
• il seggiolino sia incastrato nella base nella posizione corretta
• Neonati e bambini piccoli non ancora in grado di stare seduti da soli (fino
a circa un anno di età) per motivi ortopedici e di sicurezza dovrebbero es-
sere trasportati sempre nella posizione più sdraiata, nel senso opposto
a quello di marcia.
