CALIBRATION/CARE AND MAINTENANCE/ TROUBLESHOOTING
Maintenance:
➞ Basically the machine needs no specialized maintenance.
➞ Nevertheless regularly control all spare parts and check the firm
seating of screws and connections.
➞ Exchange defective parts at our customer service right away –
the machine must not be used.
Care:
➞ Use only a damp cloth without caustic cleaning agents for clea-
ning. Be sure that no fluids get in the computer.
Always turn off the machine before carrying out care and maintenance work. Always remove the electrical cord from the
outlet.
If any parts are out of order, especially the power adaptor, please turn to our service hotline and send us an email. Please
don‘t try to replace a new adaptor which has not been approved by us.
The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance.

SPECIAL CASES OF COMPUTER CRASHES
Direct and indirect static discharges can crash the machine’s computer. In these cases you should not start the computer by yourself. A
new start of the computer is necessary.
New start:
Unplug the machine and plug it in again after one minute. For technical announcements and advice our Service-Center stands at your
disposal. See Capital Service!
Troubleshooting
Basically a recalibration of the Ergometer is not necessary. If you want to recalibrate the Ergometer, please turn to an accredited calibration
service (This service is costly and is covered neither through the guarantee nor through the machine instructions).
