START / STOP
Schnellstart: Erlaubt Ihnen den Computer zu starten, ohne ein Programm auszuwäh-
len. Nur manuelles Training, die Zeit beginnt automatisch bei Null an zu laufen.
Drücken Sie wahrend des Trainingsmodus die Taste Stop, um die Übung zu beenden.
Drücken Sie im Stop-Modus die Taste Start, um mit der Übung zu beginnen.
