11.4 GETRAPT MAAIEN __________________________________________________
Opmerking: De pijl geeft de rijrichting aan.
Getrapt maaien treedt op wanneer gras aan de ene
kant van de haspel langer blijft dan aan de andere
kant of langer aan de ene maai-eenheid dan aan de
andere. Dit wordt normaliter veroorzaakt door
mechanische slijtage of een onjuiste afstelling van
de rol of de maaihoogte.
Mogelijke oorzaak Oplossing
Maaihoogte-instellingen aan de ene kant van de
haspel zijn anders dan aan de andere kant of
verschillen per haspel.
Controleer de maaihoogteafstelling van de maai-
eenheden.
Versleten voorste rollagers. Controleer/vervang de voorste rollagers.
Het contact tussen de haspel en het sledemes is
anders aan de ene kant van de maai-eenheid dan
aan de andere kant of verschilt per eenheid.
Controleer het contact tussen de haspel en het
sledemes.
De maaihaspelbeweging is beperkt. Controleer/verwijder de bewegingsobstructie van
de maaihaspel.
Variaties in graszodendichtheid. Verander de maairichting.
De gewichtsverdeling van de machine is ongelijk. Controleer/stel de juiste bandenspanning af.
