8 ONDERHOUD EN SMERING
8.5 MACHINE: WEKELIJKS OF ELKE 50 WERKUREN __________________________
1. Smeer de volgende punten met Shell Darina R2 vet:
Raadpleeg ook het smeerschema in hoofdstuk 8.1.
(a) Hefarmdraaipennen (A).
(b) Drager Power Take Off (B).
(c) Koppeling Power Take Off (C).
2 . Smeer het volgende met SAE30 olie:
Wisselklepspoelen.
3. Controleer alle moeren en bouten en hydraulische
verbindingen op stevigheid.
4. Controleer op overmatige slijtage/speling in de
bussen in het bedieningsmechanisme van de
wisselklep, til de arm omhoog naar de nok van het
wisselklepmechanisme en de armdraaipennen.
5. Controleer op overmatige slijtage/speling in de
transporthaken.
6. Controleer de uitlijning van de wisselklep. Zie
Afstellingen.
7. Controleer de maaihoogte van de cilinder van de
maai-eenheid. Zie Afstellingen.
8. Controleer de veiligheid en de toestand van de
gewichtsoverbrengingsveren.
