Nu kan het gedownloade ebook worden gekopieerd van de pc/laptop naar
een micro-sd kaart. Breng vervolgens de micro-sd kaart in de tablet en open
de applicatie ‘Aldiko eReader’ die reeds voor geïnstalleerd is op Qware Pro
tablets.
(voor een update naar de laatste versie van de Aldiko app, login de Google
Play store met je gmail-account en zoek de app ‘Aldiko’.)
Kies de optie ‘bestanden’ en vervolgens de pijl rechtsboven (of linksboven,
afhankelijk van de versie Aldiko) om naar de bovenliggende folder te gaan.
Hier is de optie om de externe micro-sd kaart te bekijken door ‘extsd’ te
kiezen. Zoek hier het ebook bestand in de folder waar naar het was
gekopieerd en kies het bestand.
Kies de optie ‘openen’ en voer hier de login gegevens van Adobe Digital
Editions in wat eerder volgens de beschrijving van bol.com was aangemaakt,
en het ebook kan geopend worden. De melding ‘apparaat heeft
toestemming’ komt in beeld en het boek kan worden gelezen. Dit login
proces hoeft maar 1 keer om het boek voortaan te kunnen lezen op deze
tablet.
Om het boek eenvoudig toegankelijk te maken kan, na de verificatie van
Adobe Digital Editions beschreven hierboven, de optie ‘importeren in Aldiko’
worden gebruikt. Voortaan staat het boek op de boekenplank bij het openen
van de app voor eenvoudig selecteren.
Nieuwe eBooks met DRM toevoegen is vanaf nu een kwestie van het
kopiëren naar de micro-sd kaart en importeren in Aldiko.
