U kunt bij de volgende stappen de stang gebruiken om onnodig bukken te voorkomen.

a) Til de groene

handgrepen van de

rijplaten op en breng

ze in horizontale

stand. Plaats

eventueel de stang

in de middelste

rijplaat en houd

beide groene

handgrepen vast.
