11. Van garen wisselen

De onderstaande werkwijze maakt het heel

eenvoudig om van garen te wisselen. Het is hierbij

niet nodig het garen helemaal opnieuw in te

rijgen:

 Snijd of knip het garen boven de spindel af en

knoop de uiteinden van de oude en de nieuwe

draad zoals in de afbeelding aangegeven met

een zeemansknoop aan elkaar.

 Til de persvoet (23) op.

 Zet de naaldstang in de laagst mogelijke stand

door het handwiel (9) naar u toe te draaien.

Trek voorzichtig aan het uiteinde van de draad

tot de verbindingsknoop het oog van de naald

en de grijperogen is gepasseerd.

12. Handvat

Aan het handvat aan de achterkant van het

apparaat kunt u de machine gemakkelijk

vervoeren.
