Wanneer het strijkijzer lekt, kan dit
twee oorzaken hebben:
–u hebt een te lage temperatuur
ingesteld.
Remedie: Stel een hogere
temperatuur in.
– u hebt een te grote hoeveelheid
stoom ingesteld.
Remedie: Draai de stoomrege-
laar op een lagere hoeveelheid
stoom.

–Zorg dat u niet in aanra-
king komt met de hete
stoom. Richt de stoom-
stoot nooit op mensen en
dieren.
De stoomstootfunctie is alleen
beschikbaar in het bovenste tempera-
tuurbereik en is overeenkomstig
gemarkeerd.
De stoomstootfunctie kan bij stoom-
en droog strijken worden gebruikt om
bijv. hardnekkige vouwen glad te strij-
ken of sterke strijkvouwen te krijgen.
1. Stel met de temperatuurregelaar 6
het bovenste temperatuurbereik in
en wacht tot het controlelampje 7
dooft.
2. Houd het strijkijzer boven het te
strijken kledingstuk.
3. Druk eventjes op de stoomstoot-
toets 5. Uit de openingen in de
strijkzool 14 ontwijkt hete stoom.
4. Laat de stoomstoottoets weer los.
–De instelling van de
stoomregelaar heeft geen
belang voor de stoom-
stootfunctie.
–Druk niet vaker dan drie-
maal na elkaar op de
stoomstoottoets. Anders
koelt de strijkzool te sterk
af en komen er waterdrup-
pels vrij.
Water sproeien
De watersproeifunctie is geschikt voor
het verwijderen van hardnekkige
plooien. Zo lang het waterreservoir
met voldoende water gevuld is, is de
sproeifunctie beschikbaar.
De functie werkt onafhankelijk van de
ingestelde temperatuur en kan bij
droog en stoomstrijken worden
gebruikt.
1. Richt de sproeimond 15 op de te
bevochtigen plek.
2. Druk op de sproeitoets 4.
–Het kan gebeuren dat er
nog lucht in de sproei-
mond zit. Druk eventueel
enkele keren op de sproei-
toets.
–Vanwege mogelijke water-
vlekken moet u zijde voor
het strijken niet inspuiten.
Wikkel het textiel in de
plaats daarvan in een iets
bevochtigde handdoek.
