Crème glacée aux pêches
Ingrédients 400 g de pêches sans la peau (boîte)
120 g de sucre
1 cuillère à soupe de jus de citron
150 ml de yaourt
150 ml de crème
Placez les pêches pelées dans un grand bol et réduisez les en purée fine. Ajoutez
petit à petit le sucre, le jus de citron et le yaourt, mélangez bien. Fouettez la crème
dans un autre récipient, ajoutez-la délicatement à la masse de fruits.
La masse à crème glacée doit reposer pendant au moins 12 heures dans le réfrigé-
rateur. Mélangez le tout à l’aide du fouet avant de verser la préparation dans la sor-
betière. Veuillez suivre les consignes du mode d’emploi.
Gâteau de fromage glacé
Ingrédients 250 ml de crème liquide
250 ml de crème fraîche
150 g de fromage frais
3 cuillères à soupe de jus de citron
3/4 de sucre granulé
1/4 de petite cuillère d’extrait de vanille
Ajoutez le fromage frais dans une casserole et fouettez-le pour en faire une crème.
Ajoutez successivement le sucre, la crème liquide ainsi que la crème fraîche tout en
fouettant. Ajoutez ensuite l’extrait de vanille et le jus de citron, mélangez le tout.
Laissez refroidir la masse pendant au moins 12 heures dans le réfrigérateur avant de
préparer le gâteau dans la sorbetière.
Mélangez encore une fois la masse à l’aide d’un fouet. Veuillez suivre les consignes
du mode d’emploi.
