1. Tag si-holderen 18 ud af maskinen
ved at dreje den mod venstre til an-
slag.
2. Klap si-blokeringen 21 opad, så at
den isatte si ikke kan falde ud af si-
holderen.
3. Tøm espresso-sien ved at vende si-
holderen med blokeret espresso-si
om og derved presse tommelfin-
geren mod si-blokeringen.
4. Bank espresso-pulveret ud, bedst
sammen med bioaffald.

der opstå varme stænk. Be-
tjen altid dampregulato-
ren langsomt og vær for-
sigtig.
Vær opmærksom på at
grebet på mælkeskumme-
ren sidder korrekt.
En klassisk cappuccino tilberedes af en
espresso (ca. 20 ml) i en 150 ml kop,
som derefter fyldes med skummet
varm mælk.
1. Stil ca. 100 ml kold mælk klar til
skumning i en stor beholder. Det er
bedst med en beholder af rustfrit
stål til skumning af mælk.
Se dertil afsnittet ”Tips til at
skumme mælk”.
2. Tilbered en espresso i en større kop
(ca. 150 ml) (se afsnittet ”Tilbered-
ning af espresso”). Stil derefter
espressoen til side.
3. Drej dampregulatoren 11 helt til
højre på ”0”, så dampdysen er luk-
ket.
4. Drej mælkeskummeren 4 ud til si-
den. Tag derved kun fat om grebet

5. Tryk på damp-knappen 17.
6. Vent til kontrollampen til damptryk
12 lyser gult.
