Chou vert à la crème et aux lardons
Ingrédients :
150g de lardons fumés
1 oignon
1 chou vert
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile
1,5 dl de bouillon de poulet
2 dl de crème fraîche
poivre et sel
2 cuillères à soupe de graines de sésame
Préparation :
1. Emincez l’oignon, lavez le chou et coupez-le en lanières.
2. Chauffez l’huile dans le wok
3. Quand l’huile est brûlante, faites cuire les lardons dans le wok en remuant sans
cesse.
4. Ajoutez l’oignon et faites le cuire en remuant sans cesse jusqu’à qu’il commence
à brunir.
5. Ajoutez le chou et faites cuire le tout pendant 5 minutes en remuant sans cesse.
6. Ajoutez les graines de sésame à la fin.
7. Ajoutez le bouillon, assaisonnez avec le poivre et le sel et laissez cuire le tout à
couvert pendant 5 minutes.
8. Ajoutez enfin la crème et faites encore cuire quelques instants.
