Bereiding :
1. Snij de tomaat, de courgette en de champignons in grove stukken.
2. Snij de paprika’s, de rode ui en de maïs in kleinere stukken.
3. Besprenkel de groenten met een beetje olijfolie en kruid af met peper en zout.
4. Verwarm de friteuse voor op 180°.
5. Plaats alle groenten in het mandje.
6. Plaats het frituurmandje in het toestel en laat de groenten voor ongeveer 25 minuten garen.
7. Roer geregeld de groenten om, zodat u een gelijkmatige garing krijgt.
Als u van in het begin rekening houdt met de grootte en hardheid van de groenten, zullen deze allemaal
samen gaar zijn. Harde groenten (zoals wortelen, pastinaak, pompoen, ...) zullen langer moeten garen dan
zachte groenten (courgetten, tomaten, ...). Snij harde groenten jner dan zachte groeten.
