Bruschetta 4 fromages
Bruschetta mit 4 Käsesorten
• 2 TARTINES PAIN TOAST • 1 TOMATE • 1/2 OIGNON ROUGE • ORIGAN • SEL • MOZZARELLA RÂPÉE
• GORGONZOLA RÂPÉ • PECORINO RÂPÉ • TALEGGIO RÂPÉ • HUILE D’OLIVE • BASILIC
Préparation :
1. Faites préchauer la friteuse à 180°C.
2. Épépinez la tomate pour quil ne reste que la chair.
3. Coupez la tomate et l’oignon rouge en petits dés, puis mélangez-les avec un peu d’huile d’olive.
4. Assaisonnez avec de l’origan et du sel.
5. Posez les tartines sur un papier cuisson dans le panier de la friteuse, puis couvrez-les de salsa aux tomates.
6. Placez le mélange des 4 fromages italiens râpés sur les tartines.
7. Faites-les cuire pendant 5 minutes à 180°C.
8. Garnissez avec le basilic.
Plus la salsa aux tomates est sèche, plus le toast sera croquant.
• 2 SCHEIBEN BROT TOASTBROOD • 1 TOMATE • ½ ROTE ZWIEBEL • OREGANO • SALZ • BASILIKUM • OLIVENÖL
• GERIEBENER MOZZARELLA • GERIEBENER GORGONZOLA • GERIEBENER PECORINO • GERIEBENER TALLEGIO
Zubereitung:
1. Heizen Sie die Fritteuse auf 180°C vor.
2. Entkernen Sie die Tomate, sodass nur noch das Fruchteisch verbleibt.
3. Schneiden Sie die Tomate und die rote Zwiebel in feine Würfel und mischen Sie diese mit etwas Olivenöl.
4. Mit Oregano und Salz würzen.
5. Legen Sie die Brotscheiben auf ein Backpapier in den Frittierkorb und belegen Sie sie mit der Tomatensalsa.
6. Geben Sie die Mischung der 4 geriebenen italienischen Käsesorten auf die Brote.
7. Frittieren Sie die Scampi für 5 Minuten bei 180°C.
8. Mit Basilikum garnieren.
Je trockener die Tomatensalsa ist, desto knuspriger wird der Toast.
