1/2 (Reife) Banane
1/2 Gurke
1 Möhre
etwas Möhrengrün
1 Handvoll Brennnesseln
Etwas Wasser
etwas Salz und Pfeffer
Zubereitung
Das Möhrengrün abzupfen und gründlich waschen.
Banane, Gurke und Möhre schälen und in kleine Stücke schneiden.
Alles zusammen mit etwas Wasser in den Mixer geben.
Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und servieren.
400 g Wassermelone
Etwas (gewürfeltes) Eis
ZUTATEN
ZUTATEN
schnell gemacht und super durstlöschend
Zubereitung
Die Wassermelone schälen, entkernen und in kleine Stücke schneiden.
Gegebenenfalls etwas davon zum Garnieren beiseitelegen.
Das Fruchtfleisch in den Mixer geben und pürieren.
Gläser mit Eiswürfeln bestücken und mit der pürierten Melone auffüllen.
Dann mit den Melonenstücken garnieren und servieren.
