Grüne Smoothies
erfrischend mit Minze, Limette, Ingwer, Kokosmilch
70 g (junger) Blattspinat
1/2 Apfel
1/2 Gurke oder Zucchini
6 Stiele Minze
1/2(reife) Banane
50 ml Limettensaft
Etwas Ingwer
50 ml Kokosmilch
Zubereitung
Den Spinat gründlich putzen, braune Stellen entfernen und die Blätter in den
Mixer geben. Das Kerngehäuse des Apfels entfernen und den Apfel in kleine
Stücke schneiden.
Die halbe Gurke (oder Zucchini) klein schneiden und in den Mixer geben.
Auch hier darf die Schale dranbleiben. Von den Minzstielen die Blätter abzup-
fen und dazugeben. Die halbe reife Banane und etwas Wasser dazugeben und
alles gut durchmixen.
Mit den Säften und der Kokosmilch nach Belieben abschmecken und servieren.
