250 g frische Erdbeeren
2 EL Puderzucker
1 TL Vanilleextrakt
250 ml Milch
1 Kugel Erdbeer-Eiscreme
Zubereitung
Die Erdbeeren putzen (2–3 beiseite legen) und in kleine Stücke schneiden. Die Erdbeer-
stückchen in eine Schüssel geben und mit Puderzucker und Vanilleextrakt bestreuen. Eine
Stunde in den Kühlschrank stellen. Anschließend zusammen mit der Milch und dem Eis
pürieren. In hohe Gläser füllen und mit den beiseite gelegten Erdbeeren garnieren.
250 g frische oder tiefgefrorene Himbeeren
2 EL Puderzucker
250 ml Milch
1 Kugel Schokoladen-Eiscreme
2 EL Kakaopulver
Zubereitung
Die Himbeeren putzen (3–4 beiseite legen) und in kleine
Stücke schneiden. Die Himbeerstückchen in eine Schüssel geben,
mit dem Puderzucker bestreuen und für 1 Stunde ins Gefrierfach stellen.
Die Himbeeren dann mit der Milch, dem Eis und dem Kakaopulver zu einer cremigen
Masse mixen. In Gläser füllen und mit den beiseite gelegten Himbeeren anrichten.
