INKLAPPEN – Geen afwijking (Fig. A)
1. Verwijder schroef (2), moer (3), excentrische sluitring (4) en afwijk-
end plastic buisklem (5) van de achterplaat/rugleuning.
2. Aluminium – Vervang de 1-3/4" (4,4 cm) schroef (2) door een 1-
7/8" (4,8 cm) schroef (2A) en het “afwijkende” plastic buisklem (5)
met de diameterstap) vo.een plastic buisklem (5A) zonder afwijking
(geen diametertrap)..
Titanium – Vervang de 1-7/8" (4,8 cm) schroef (2) met een 2" schroef
(2A) en het “afwijkende” plastic buisklem (5) met de diametertrap en
een plastic buisklem (5A) zonder afwijking (geen diametertrap).
3. Terwijl u het plastic buisklem (5A) tegen de rugleuningbuis houdt,
schuif het zijschild (6) en de plastic sluitring (7) tussen de achterplaat
(1) en de plastic buisklem (5A), zoals in fig. A wordt getoond.
4. Kies de hoogte van het zijschild door een van de gaten in het zijschild
op een lijn te brengen met de gaten in de achterplaat (1), plastic
sluitring (7), plastic buisklem (5A) en rugleuningbuis.
5. Voer de schroef (2A) door de excentrische sluitring (4), achterplaat
(1), plastic sluitring (7), zijschild (6), plastic buisklem (5A) en rugleun-
ingbuis. Bevestig moer (3).
6. Breng de spleet in het zijschild op een lijn met het gat in het zit-
tingframe.
7. Voer 1-7/8" (4,8 cm) schroef (8) door de buis van het zijschild (9), de
plastic sluitring (7), zijschildspleet, tweede plastic sluitring (7), plastic
buisklem (5A), en zittingframe. Bevestig moer (3A).
8. Draai schroeven (2A en 8) en moeren (3 en 3A) vast.
9. Herhaal de procedure voor de andere kant.
10. Controleer het inklappen van de rugleuning – pas zonodig de span-
ning in schroef (8) en moer (3A) aan om de juiste bevestigingsfunctie
te bereiken.
INKLAPPEN RUG – 1/4” (0,6 cm) afwijking (Fig. B)
1. Verwijder schroef (2), moer (3) en excentrische sluitring (4) van de
achterplaat/rugleuning.
2. Aluminium – Vervang de 1-3/4" (4,4 cm) schroef (2) met een 2" (5,1
cm) schroef (2A).
Titanium – Vervang de 1-7/8" (4,8 cm) schroef (2) met een 2" (5,1
cm) schroef (2A).
3. Kies de hoogte van het zijschild door een van de gaten in het zijschild
op een lijn te brengen met de gaten in de achterplaat (1), plastic
sluitring (7), plastic buisklem (5) en rugleuningbuis.
4. Voer een 2" (5,1 cm) schroef (2A) door het zijschild (6), plastic
sluitring (7), excentrische sluitring (4), achterplaat (1), plastic
buisklem (5) en rugleuningbuis. Bevestig moer (3).
5. Breng de spleet in het zijschild op een lijn met het gat in het zit-
tingframe.
6. Voer een 2" (5,1 cm) schroef (2B) door de buis van het zijschild (9),
plastic sluitring (7), spleet van het zijschild, plastic sluitring (7), plastic
afwijkende buisklem (5) en zittingframe. Bevestig moer (3A).
7. Draai de schroeven (2A en 2B) en moeren (3 en 3A) vast.
8. Herhaal de procedure voor de andere kant.
9. Controleer het inklappen van de rugleuning – pas zonodig de span-
ning in schroef (2B) en moer (3A) aan voor een goed functioneren.
E. INSTELLING ZIJSCHILD
Uw All Court is uitgerust met een “inklapbare” of “vaste” rugleuning. Stel de configuratie van uw stoel vast
en volg de toepasselijke installatie-instructies. Er zijn twee montageopties voor de zijschilden beschikbaar:
1. Geen afwijking
De breedte van het zijschild is gelijk aan de breedte van het zittingframe. De zijschilden worden bin-
nen de achterplaat aangebracht.
2. 1/4” (0,6 cm) afwijking
Het zittingframe is 1/2” (1,3 cm) breder met de zijschilden (1/4” per kant)(0,6 cm). De zijschilden
worden buiten de achterplaat aangebracht.
