Step 1 : Profile

GO : start Workout session
Step3 : Workout Screen
A three minute warm-up session will start about 3 seconds after pressing GO. You may choose to skip the warm-up session by pressing
STOP.
Once accumulated distance is close to target the system will go into cool down session automatically. User may still manually adjust
incline level and speed level.
You may press STOP to pause the routine, and press GO to resume exercise, or press RESET to exit current program to go back to main
screen.
Press FAN to turn fan on or off
When pressing COOL DOWN, the system will bring incline level to 0 and reduce speed by half, but user may still adjust
level or speed manually. You may choose to stop the program by pressing STOP to skip COOL DOWN and system will
prompt up Report page directly.
Step 4 : Report Screen
Pressing Save : Save workout report onto an USB drive
Pressing Menu : Bring back the main screen
Select Targeted Distance Programs
1KM / 3KM / 10KM / Customize
